NY-23 in a nutshell – Republican base gets used again, then is shown the door. What a surprise.

Politics

My dear teabaggers – how’s it feel to be bent over like a bunch of cheap whores for the 10 zillionth time by the Republican Party?   Do tell us.

There’s a reason why August recess was so….how should I put it……well packaged.  It was paid for.  All that “grassrootsy” excitability was the result of tens of millions of dollars funneled from the health insurance industry through Republican front groups like Dick Armey’s outfit, for the sole purpose of killing the health care bill.  And now that the health care bill has survived, well…..it’s been fun, there’s the door!

Yeah, ya’ll kinda crawled out from under your filthy rocks on your own in February, I’ll give you that.  Very brave.  That whole birther thing, wow, now THAT was passion.  Real, psychotic, unhinged, bigoted neo-confederate passion.  Brought a tear to my eye.  As you teabagging minutemen know, the Republican Party sure can sniff out unhinged psychosis like a blood hound.  And boy, there’s nothing like Fox News banging on your teabags until full climax.  Ah, the glory days!

Well, guess what.  You failed.  So health care reform is boring to Republicans now, as it always was, and the money is dried up.  No more grassroots for you!   Did you people really think establishment Republicanism wanted you?  They needed you, because the group of people willing to bend over and let Republicans deposit GOP seed into their colons gets smaller every day.  Take your place in line behind the pro-life crazies, the anti-immigrant crazies, the gun crazies, and the gay haters – you’ll recognize them, don’t worry, they’re the ones grinding a Bible into their crotch.  They’ve always needed a bunch of racists to fill out the room.  And their sphincters are just as raw as yours, they can probably share some lotion with ya.

That’s what’s going on in NY-23.  The Republican civil war there could be duplicated in every single congressional district in the country in 2010.  Teabaggers are shocked, SHOCKED I tell you, to learn there is no seat at the Republican table for them.  Only this time, there are some big names who still need teabagging services.  And the teabaggers are there for the taking.  Result – Democrat wins the seat.

Oh darn.  Don’t worry guys, Republicans will open the tap again for immigration reform – WHOA THERE, FELLA!  Easy…..

I’d love to see some non-partisan (NOT Club for Growth crap) polls on this race.

    Tim,

This post shows just how little you know about the situation.

You claim that the “tea baggers” and being screwed after the summer congressional recess? Well, Scozzafava was named the Republican nominee before Congress broke for recess.

You claim that the national party is saying “eff you” to tea baggers? We’ll, it was COUNTY committies that unanimously selected scozzafava OVER hoffman. Shocking now that the NRCC and RNC would back the Republican candidate. It’s kind of their job.

This is what happens when you argue along platitudes like you usually do.

You are correct that this is ground zero for the Republican civil war. My guess is the Democrat will win and both sides of the republican party will blame each other for it.

But please, when you write about something, atleast do 5 minutes of research on it.

I am SHOCKED that you have nothing to say about your blatant misunderstanding of the situation being addressed
