Tebagger unedited – Republican douchebag Joe Amschlinger

Politics

To repeat from my last post on this subject, a common complaint from the numerous nutjobs who end up in my videos is that I edit them, that’s why they look like nutjobs.   It goes like this – YOU EDITED OUT WHAT I SAID HOW DARE YOU BLAH BLAH BLAH BLAH BLAH [insert wingnuttery here] BLAH BLAH BLAH!

Well, here’s President of the Greater Cleveland Young Republicans Joe Amschlinger displaying his mighty intellect, unedited.  Somewhere on the internets, this genius complained that my editing of the first Tea Party video made him look like he didn’t know why he was at the Tea Party.  As usual, the full clip makes him look even more stupid than the edited clip.

I literally had NO IDEA what this guy was saying.  None. ZERO.  He was completely unintelligible.  I gave him numerous opportunities, and all he could do was take stupid cheap shots about Rachel Maddow, whine about how I was “lawyering” him, etc., etc, then tell me he wanted to be “friends.”  I’m going to guess that Joe got away with being this vapid his entire life because daddy had some cash, or mommy had a trust fund, or maybe Joe really is smart but he turned off the smart gene when he entered the Tea Party so his intelligence wouldn’t be sucked out of his head by the cosmic vacuum of stupidity he was about to enter and spend an hour using like a cheap whore to perpetuate the illusion that his political party isn’t a rotting corpse.  Either way, if Joe has a brain, it is not evident in this video.

Hey Joe – go to the back of the classroom with your little spit ball discourse, and come back when you got some game.

    Tim:

Thanks for posting the whole video. Actually my dad has worked in manufacturing his whole life (as an employee, not an owner) and my mom is a houswife, who had 8 brothers and sisters and no trust fund.

I would be willing to have an open unedited debate with you anytime, anywhere regarding the out of control spending of this administration and congress, and talk about the direction this country is headed.

    Best,

    Joe Amschlinger

  2. mvirenicus Says:

golly gee, joe, where were you when it was time to debate the out of control spending of BushCo and the gop congress of very recent memory? how about debating that whole iraq fiasco? you know, the one where BushCo and friends invaded and occupied a sovereign nation for.. hmm… nope, can’t think of any good reasons.

you said absolutely nothing in tim’s video, and although you come across as quite a personable fellow, it was only appropriate. you guys got NUTHIN!

  3. Becca Says:

Joe, Joe, Joe. Before you go listen to the completely insane, such as Limbaugh, Sean Insanity, et al. why not actually go to the IRS and get information, called facts, from the source. Here is a link to the IRS so you can learn some facts http://www.irs.gov/newsroom/article/0,,id=204447,00.html Notice that you don’t have to pay it back.

Tim, thank you for posting the entire video. It was very entertaining, albeit confusing.

  4. Lesserdevil Says:

Joe just needs an intelligent woman to school him in the ways of reality. It’s amazing how many people “get it” if shown in the proper manner. Republicans just retreat into their shells and utter talking points if confronted directly.

  5. Ken Blackwell sucks Says:

You’re stupid, Joe, even for a wingnut.

  6. Daverino Says:

you know damn well what he meant. “pay it back” does not mean that the government is going to send you a letter in ten years saying “welp, Joe, we need that cash back.” You know that, and you know what he meant. Do you think Joe or any of the people you “interviewed” really wanted to have a fully discussion with you? Look at his face, look at their faces. They’re reluctant because they know you’re trying to warp their opinion by asking vague questions for which there is no good answer. Joe answered you why he was there, but yet you kept asking why he was there to make him look like a moron. This wasn’t edited, but yet, you’ve teased out exactly what you want to show by your questions.

I expect this to be deleted in 15 minutes anyways. Funny how that happens…

  7. mvirenicus Says:

yeah, daverino, look at their faces. it’s like watching a three stooges episode. so tim passes the “unedited” test but now he shouldn’t ask questions?

please keep it up. you guys are hysterical. what makes you think this funny shit will be deleted?

  8. Renata Says:

I’m always concerned about checking out your site Tim because I live in Northeast Ohio too and I worry that the people you interview actually live around me. Yeesh!

  9. concerned Says:

I’m sure he was one of those college Republican chicken-hawks who supported the Iraq War but didn’t have the guts to actually fight for their country, sadly.

This clip is illogical wingnuttery at its finest. Thanks for posting.

  10. brian Says:

The fact that Joe relates his blue collar origines just makes this even sadder.
One would hope that taking a political stance in opposition to his class would be anathema.
Reminds me of Joe the “Plumber”.

  11. Eh Says:

    I heart you dude.

You should do something diff. On the Daily Dish there is an excerpt from a Nazi torture memo, it is really close to one the Baybee wrote.

You should start going around asking people who said this, the Bushies or the Nazi’s. OBTW, not comparing water-boarding/ and the other stuff to the Holocaust, this was a Nazi torture memo about how to treat Norwegian freedom fighters.

  12. Eh Says:

Hhahahahha I live in Central Ohio, I can live in the delusion that this guy doesn’t live by me. Besides, if he showed up in my neighbor hood, the security would escort him out (looking like a ruffin’ and all)

  13. Requiem Says:

I’ve known Joe since his college days and I can tell you that he has honestly held these convictions since his teenage years growing up in the Cleveland area and as a young college student. He sincerely believes that we are headed for some sort of doomsday scenario with the Democratic party in charge. If you want to really see him get excited talk to him about Bill Clinton, those were the days. I can also tell you that he is also one of the most naturally funny people you will ever meet.

  14. mvirenicus Says:

thanks for letting us know that joe really is clueless and crazy, requiem. as noted elsewhere, i can see from the video that he’s a personable guy, catholic schools have a way of gaining that result with people, but those jesuits at st. iggy must have really done a bang-up job of filling joe’s head with doomsday scenarios, because the guy has obviously lost his ability to reason.

  15. Junebuggery Says:

You can be a nice, personable, middle class, mildly humorous individual and still be a wingnut.
The hand wringing crowd calls everything that doesn’t go their way the precursor to the end of days. I mean really, chicken little, the sky has been falling since about 1 a.d. I think they’ve lost their collective minds due to it being the first time in nearly a decade that their elected officials are no longer in charge.
If it makes them feel better to teabag, well then more power to them. Just a little fyi though.
If you teabaggers REALLY want to win the nation over to paying higher taxes, then try not to hook up with the ‘We are the Jews for Obama’s Ovens’ crowd. Not too many people want to carpool with this guy. There were an inordinate amount of these types of signs smattered throughout your Tea Parties. Before you start crying, ‘Not me! Not me!’, just do a simple web search. That kind of ignorance really tends to turn people off, if ya know what I mean.

  16. Renee Says:

Why does politics have to be so brutal? Why, Tim do YOU have to be a douchebag and TRY to make someone look bad just so you can get ahead? Low blows there, Tim. Joe was the mature one in the video and kept straight to the point – his views, why he was there and what they believe. That’s it.
