Cuyahoga GOP vote suppression meeting, Sunday, Nov. 2
Thu, Oct 30, 2008
Wouldn’t it be fun to have a few Democrats with video cameras at this meeting? Can’t imagine what they’d be “training” to do.
ELECTION DAY – YOU MUST ATTEND TRAINING SUNDAY
POLL OBSERVERS NEEDED – GET TRAINED NOW
We need dedicated Republican voters to serve as Poll Observers on election day. Working as a Poll Observer involves monitoring a particular precinct and reporting on any voting irregularities. You must be a registered voter and should plan on attending a training session Sunday evening, November 2nd from 5:30 to 7:30 at the Rocky River City Hall Council Chamber, 21012 Hilliard Blvd, Rocky River. Since only one Poll Observer may be assigned to each precinct in the County, we are ideally looking for volunteers who can commit to the entire day. But any amount of time you can volunteer to serve will be very helpful. Let us know as soon as possible if you are able to serve as a Poll Observer. Respond ASAP to Dan Carter carter@buckleyking.com at your earliest convenience.
From multiple sources, I’m learning that Ohio Republicans are having an impossible time recruiting for their attempts to interfere with this election. Let’s make it harder.

I just spent a few hours driving thru rural sections of Lorain, Ashland and Wayne counties. As I expected, McCain-Palin signage was plentiful everywhere I looked. What I didn’t expect was a nearly equal display of Obama-Biden signage.
My favorite sight was on US224 just outside Sullivan. A big old farm house had FOUR McCain yard signs in front, ALL UPSIDE DOWN! LOL
I really am beginning to believe that Ohio might tip the correct way this time around.

Go Tim! I’d really love to know what euphemisms the Republican ‘trainers’ will use (if it ever gets down to that).
Straight talk express, my friends.
