List of prospective defendants
Still not commenting on the substance of this, but as word gets out about the imminent litigation, I thought it might be useful for my readers to see a current list of prospective defendants.

What’s the claim Tim ????????????
How am I supposed to know what documents, emails and information to gather and save, if you don’t give me the framework of what you are looking for?
Also, the only prospective defendant on your list that I have a connection with is The Ohio State University. Other than that I don’t know what a lot of these organizations even represent.
You’re on a fishing expedition Tim. I hope it works out for ya. Please communicate better about what you expect from me, because I don’t understand how your mind is working by trying to twist me into this situation.
Also, don’t even try to tell me to contact your attorney when you are making your demand letter public on your blog and on your friends’ blogs.
Take care not to make false claims about me and don’t forget about all the “meanie” stuff you’ve written about me and tons of other people during your blogging days since 2004. Also, don’t forget about all the people who have already exposed so much damning information about you. Those of which I am sure know what you are trying to do now with this demand letter.
I believe you’re trying to pull me into this because I wrote opinion based comments on blog posts that were offered in a public forum which you had ample opportunity to refute by replying or posting something on your blog. Are you making demands of any one of hundreds of other people who have commented about you in blog posts, or are you unfairly singling me out for arbitrary reasons?
Regardless, I neither conspired with nor directly contacted any of these people, corporations or organizations regarding anything to do with you Tim. If you were forced to be answerable for every outlandish attack you have been making on the blogs, you’d be bogged down in your own bullshit for the rest of your life. All I did was make blog post comments about a public figure (you), which were viewable to the public in a public forum that you had the right to make comments (but you didn’t). I have no secret agenda or hidden information related to you in any way shape or form.
A mind is a terrible thing to waste Tim, save what you can before you lose the rest of yours and end up in some sort of institution. No one is harming or damaging your opportunities even close to the overwhelming amount of grief YOU CREATE for yourself. You bring problems on yourself. You initiate the confrontations then cry foul when anyone tries to fight back. That’s not fair or right!!

Tim won’t find the culprit, the prince is long gone! In fact, none of the people on that list even have a clue of who sent him through the ringer. So tie up Scott’s time all you want, no bait you try will land your fish.
