Jack Cafferty then goes on to tell Wolf Blitzer to stop making excuses for her. This is the same “pathetic piece of tape” which I saw and wondered why Katie Couric didn’t kill herself. Katie Couric is the heir and current holder of the newscast of Edward R. Murrow, Walter Cronkite, Dan Rather. For Katie to have to sit through this must have been very, very sad for her.
