Jackson Browne sued John McCain for use of his music in a hit piece on Barack Obama. Unfortunately, it’s an Ohio GOP ad.
Jackson Browne has filed a lawsuit against McCain, claiming copyright infringement for unauthorized use of one of his songs.
But it turns out the usage in question was by the Ohio GOP.
Bob Bennett, better call your lawyer!
