blogger interrupted

Two parties in Tremont on Starkweather last night make for one hungover blogger.

Went to Jeannette’s last night pre-party.  Watched Michael Phelps win his 8th gold, then went to Brooke’s party on one end of Starkweather.  Brazilian themed, lots of people I haven’t seen in a long time.  Met the Obama Pride Cleveland director, she’s awesome.  

Then moved on to another party on the other end of Starkweather, near Lucky’s.  Place was bumpin.  Musta been 6 or 7 bands rotating in and out of the house.  Cops showed up to quiet us all down.  You know it’s a good party when the cops show up, and nothing changes except everyone moves to the back yard.  Crashed at Jeannette’s around 5 am.

So I’m trying to put together a speech party at Jeannette’s in Tremont for Barack’s acceptance from Denver on the 28th.  Stay tuned for details.
