WKYC’s Tom Beres - Cuyahoga raids “unprecedented” - raids all over county
Mon, Jul 28, 2008
WKYC Channel 3’s political reporter, Tom Beres, reported on the 7pm newscast that today’s raids are “unprecedented in the time I’ve been covering politics”, and said he checked with old timers who’ve been around longer than him, and they can’t remember anything like this either.
WKYC also reporting that DAS Construction’s owner used to date Frank Russo’s daughter, which may be a connection. Russo’s son, Vince, had his business at the airport raided today. Blaze Construction was also raided in Berea, in connection with road work done for the county on Snow Road. Doan Pyramid Electric was also raided in Berea. Kevin Kelly’s home in Parma was raided in relation to a software project Kelly awarded which may have been improper.
This thing is just massive. And so far, no news on the whereabouts of Jimmy Dimora.
