blogger interrupted

I don’t like to ban commenters, I really don’t.  But this Ideastream stalker has become so offensive, so threatening, that I simply have to ban this guy.

Here’s the problem.  He’s using an IP proxy, which means he can rotate into the blog using various IP addresses from all over the world (like Japan, Germany, California, Spain, Texas, even Cleveland when he’s lazy).  Here are the IP addresses that are banned, all of which came from a Windows system using Firefox, screen resolution 1024×768.

Now I’m working on finding out who exactly this fellow is, but in the meantime, my apologies to my readers for giving this guy so much slack.  He’ll probably be back, because his IP proxy will continue to give him random IP addresses.  So bear with me while I try to keep up with a Hickmanian level of insanity from this jackass.

In the meantime, it would really be nice if Ideastream could figure out who this guy is and make it stop.  If anyone can help make that happen, I’d be real appreciative.
