One of the seven multi-million dollar properties owned by obscenely rich heiress Cindy McCain is about to go into tax default.

Shortly after NEWSWEEK inquired about the matter, the McCain aide e-mailed a receipt dated Friday, June 27, confirming payment by the trust to San Diego County in the amount of $6,744.42. County officials say the trust still owes an additional $1,742 for this year, an amount that is overdue and will go into default July 1.

And as I note in this video from John McCain’s pearl-studded appearance at the Cleveland Clinic, I’d still like to know why Cindy McCain doesn’t pay for John McCain’s health care.  

After all, Cindy pays for John McCain’s “I divorced her because she’s hideously deformed” ex-wife’s health care.  

Carol insists she remains on good terms with her ex-husband, who agreed as part of their divorce settlement to pay her medical costs for life.

What’s wrong with picking up the hubbie’s tab, too?  Oh right….there are taxpayers for that.
