Kos has a complete hissy fit over Obama’s appearance on Fox News Sunday.  

What this does demonstrate, and quite clearly so, is that Obama is quite willing to score cheap political points at the expense of his base, regardless how much it might embolden the very same people that are working to demonize him to the American people.

Um….this is just total nonsense.  And a Kos diarist has a poll up already that shows even Kos’ own readers think so, too.  If there is one person on the planet who does not do a single thing to score cheap political points, it is Barack Obama.

Furthermore, the paradigm that brings us the likes of Hillary and John McCain, the paradigm in which the 50-50, and the 50%+1 strategies which people like Kos continue to hold as the ONLY paradigm, is indefensible.  Kos and his ilk thrive in this old politics.  Barack Obama’s victory in November will end it.

Now, I don’t like Fox News anymore than Kos does.  However, a lot of people watch Fox, and they need to meet and get to know and like Barack Obama.  Obama chose what is likely the most civil place on the network to do an interview.  He didn’t do their stupid debates, and he doesn’t talk to their more idiotic ranters.  In short, Barack is showing Fox News how to stop being…well….Fox News.  The interview was full of gotcha moments which Barack ignored.  This is how you defeat them.
