Now, what could I possibly have in common with the woman who everyone thinks Marc Dann has seen in her PJ’s?   Or more accurately, what line JUMPED out at me the moment I saw it in the PD’s article about Jessica’s friend’s drunken text messages?  

Gee, I don’t know, maybe, this one?

That woman had lived across the street from Dann, Gutierrez and Dann spokesman Leo Jennings. She was hired despite having a lengthy criminal record. Gutierrez would remind her, “you owe me,” the notes state.

A lot of people wonder why I started this blog, after all the hell I’ve been through.  You see, when you make mistakes that end up on your criminal record, however minor or major, no matter how hard you try to forget, there will always be people who will remind you and use it against you.

Worse, there will also be people who claim to be doing you a favor by “overlooking” your mistakes, only to use it as leverage later on.  There are a lot of bottom feeders out there, and when you are dependent on bottom feeders like Marc Dann, Anthony Gutierrez, and Leo Jennings, well, you are fucked.  And not in the good way.

People like me need to take a little bit of power from the bottom feeders, by fighting back any way we can. Fighting back takes many forms, and my new blog is one way I’ve chosen, among a few.  I can’t take all the power from the bottom feeders, but I can at least decide that I no longer play their game.  It took me a long time to get the guts to do that.  I’m sure it will take Jessica’s friend a long time to do so, too.
